On a regular basis, we participate in the negotiation, drafting and termination of employment contracts, whether ordinary or senior management, including non-competition, exclusivity, permanence and golden parachute agreements. We also provide advice in relation to the negotiation of collective agreements and in company restructuring processes (suspension of contracts, collective dismissals, modification of working conditions, etc.).
Our team has extensive litigation experience. We represent our clients before the Labour Courts, the Labour Chambers of the Superior Courts of Justice, the National Court, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
We participate on a recurring basis in the drafting of stock option plans, phantom shares, restricted stock units (RSU) and other remuneration systems.
In addition to experience in advising companies, we advise executives and senior executives, both in the negotiation of their working conditions and in relation to the termination of their contracts.
