Javier Palacio Minguez

Javier Palacio has been a partner of López Ibor DPM Abogados since September 1st 2020. Previously, he was a partner at RSM Spain and at Fuster-Fabra Abogados. He practices as a lawyer in the Department of Employment Law and Social Security. Javier is specialised in aspects of particular complexity in the legal-labour field and has advised national and multinational companies in different sectors.

His professional practice is focused on advising on labour issues such as working conditions, substantial modification of working conditions, absences and penalties, resolution of employment contracts, due diligence, among others. In addition, he provides high added-value advice on matters of Social Security Law regarding contributions and business remuneration policies.
