In these transactions, we provide advice in relation to leases and maintenance of aircraft and aviation engines, the sale and financing of all types of aeronautical equipment, the establishment of guarantees (mortgages and pledges) and their registration, all of which in an international and multidisciplinary context.
We have extensive experience in the repossession of leased aircraft and aviation engines, and provide advice on any litigation or arbitration proceedings related to the aviation industry.
We also advise foreign airlines on all kinds of needs resulting from their operations in Spain, including the relationship with the regulator regarding authorizations, licences, inspections and sanctioning procedures, and we have extensive experience in matters related to contracts with airport authorities. We also advise airlines in relation to passenger claims and on their relations with consumer protection authorities.
