Carlos Trénor Löwenstein is a partner at López-Ibor DPM Abogados. Before joining the firm, Carlos worked in CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, in a German law firm in Munich and, later, in 2006, he founded Trénor & Rodríguez-Ramos Abogados, from where he joined the firm.

Carlos has more than twenty years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, financial-commercial, corporate and general commercial law, advising companies, financial entities, individuals, family offices, start-ups and emerging companies in a wide range of national and transnational operations.

He works on all types of real estate transactions, advising national and international investors, with a special focus on the hotel industry, at all stages of the hotel business, having dealt with most of the major international hotel brands, as well as with student residences and the retail sector.

He works with prestigious business schools and mentors the start-up accelerator Tetuan Valley (Google for Start-ups).

Carlos a plus de vingt ans d’expérience dans le domaine des fusions et des acquisitions, dans le droit des sociétés et le droit commercial général. Er ist in allen Arten von Immobilientransaktionen tätig, berät nationale und internationale Investoren und agiert mit besonderem Fokus auf die Hotelbranche in allen mit der Hotellerie zusammenhängenden Phasen, wobei er mit den meisten großen internationalen Hotelmarken sowie mit dem Studentenwohnheim- und Einzelhandelssektor zu tun hatte.

Er arbeitet mit renommierten Business Schools zusammen und ist Mentor des Tetuan Valley Startup Accelerator (Google für Startups).
