Fernando Torremocha García de la Rasilla

Before joining the firm, he began his professional career at Garrigues and, after working at various Spanish law firms, founded Torremocha & Partners Abogados in 2009, from where he joined López-Ibor DPM Abogados in 2020.

Fernando has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. He advises companies from different economic sectors, infrastructure funds, investment funds and venture capital, family offices and startups on corporate matters, investment rounds, corporate governance and conflicts between partners.

He also advises companies on issues related to Competition Law in order to prevent anti-competitive clauses or conducts and to advise them on sanctioning and confidential information proceedings.
