Fernando Torremocha García de la Rasilla

Fernando Torremocha García de la Rasilla began his professional career at Garrigues and, after working at various Spanish law firms, founded Torremocha & Partners Abogados in 2009, from where he has just joined López Ibor DPM Abogados.

Fernando has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. He advises companies from different economic sectors, investment funds, family offices and startups on corporate matters, investment rounds, corporate governance and conflicts between partners. He also advises companies on issues related to Competition Law in order to prevent anti-competitive clauses or conduct and to advise them on sanctioning and confidential information proceedings and is currently secretary of the board of directors of several companies.

He regularly works in real estate transactions, both sale and purchase and leasing.

He frequently participates as Managing Lawyer in civil and commercial litigation related mostly to corporate and civil liability matters, acting before all types of Jurisdictional and Administrative Bodies.
