Luis Diego Ferreiro Rubio

Diego Ferreiro Rubio is a Corporate and M&A partner of the firm. Before joining the firm, Diego was a Corporate and M&A partner at Tribeca Abogados, and previously held the position of General Counsel at Uriel Inversiones family office, and worked as corporate lawyer at KPMG, Irwin Mitchell and Mazars.

Diego has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and M&A. He advises both national and international clients in all corporate-related matters such as commercial contracts, corporate transactions and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence processes, for listed and non-listed companies, as well as private equity and venture capital entities, rendering comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction. In addition, during this professional career he has had extensive experience in the energy sector and in dealing with corporate dispute resolutions.

Diego has also acted as secretary of the board of directors of listed and non-listed companies.
