Eva Courel Lloret

Eva Courel Lloret joined the firm’s Tax Law Department in March 2019 after previously developing her professional career at Deloitte Legal.

Eva is a specialist in tax law, with particular experience in tax planning, in ongoing tax advice for companies and groups of companies, both nationally and internationally, as well as in corporate restructuring operations.

Throughout her professional career, Eva has regularly advised groups of companies. She has also participated in due diligence processes prior to the sale of business groups, and in asset and corporate restructuring operations. Moreover, she has been involved in providing tax advice in numerous audit procedures before the Tax Administration and the Courts. With regard to the family business sphere, Eva has special expertise in business succession planning.
