Cosme Ruíz Nazábal
Cosme Ruiz is a lawyer in the Madrid office of López-Ibor Abogados, where he is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Real Estate practice. Cosme advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions and real estate matters, working closely with partners on corporate, M&A and real estate transactions. He is also an active participant in the firm’s German Desk.
His recent experience includes advising on cross-border M&A transactions and corporate restructurings for both domestic and international clients. In real estate, Cosme advises private equity firms and investors on acquisitions, development projects and asset disposals.
