Pablo Rocillo Mas

Pablo Rocillo is a lawyer specialized in Labour Law and Social Security, with extensive expertise in advising both employees and companies. He previously worked as a lawyer for the well-known trade union Comisiones Obreras (CCOO), which has enabled him to gain solid experience in defending labour rights from a comprehensive perspective.

He has extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in a wide range of proceedings, including individual and collective dismissals, substantial modifications of working conditions, disciplinary actions, disability claims, collective disputes, contract terminations under Article 50 of the Spanish Workers’ Statute, contingency reclassification, surcharges on benefits, as well as ERTEs and EREs.
