Carmen joined the litigation department after preparing for the Judicial and Prosecutorial Career exam for five and a half years. This specialized training, combined with her double degree in Law and Economics, has provided her with extensive legal knowledge along with a solid economic background.
Although her litigation practice mainly focuses on civil advisory and litigation for both individuals and companies, she also participates in criminal proceedings due to her experience in economic criminal law, which she gained during her time at law firms Baker McKenzie, Oliva-Ayala, and Bufete Trallero. She balanced this with completing her Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession.
