Ximena Grau

Ximena Grau specializes in Labour and Employment Law, with experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies on employment matters and Employee Relations.

She is part of the Labour team in the Madrid office, where she advises companies on employment and Social Security matters. Her practice focuses particularly on the design and implementation of employment policies, management of labour relations, handling labour inspections, and supporting organizational and restructuring processes, as well as the preparation of employment-related proceedings and procedural support.

She began her career in the Human Resources field, undertaking internships at EMA Partners – Pera Consultores (a multinational headhunting firm) and at the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL) of Paraguay. She later practiced for three years at the law firm Galeano Ríos Morales y Asociados, where she gained experience in employment litigation and corporate labour advisory.
