Lucas Palá Polo

Lucas is a lawyer at López-Ibor DPM Abogados, where he is part of the Restructuring and Insolvency, Litigation and Arbitration, Real Estate, and NPL and REO Investment departments.

He has experience handling insolvency, commercial, and civil proceedings, advising both companies and investment funds in their capacity as creditors and debtors. Among other roles, he has participated in insolvency administration as an assistant, in filing compulsory insolvency proceedings, in restructuring plans, in managing significant financial liabilities, and in complex litigation.

Before joining the firm, he worked at Copernicus Servicing, handling “Big Ticket” cases of high legal and financial complexity, and at Hipoges, managing corporate debt.
